A Physician’s Whole 30 – Day 6 “Goodnight Moon”

Are you sleepy today on your Whole 30? Well, today and tomorrow are traditionally the days you feel sleepiest during your Whole 30! No need to worry, it’s all part of your body’s plan to get healthier!

Also, are you sleeping better the last few days? I speak a bit about that and my theories on why you sleep better while on Paleo or the Whole 30.

    I am becoming very inspired to try the Whole 30 for myself. There are just too many clues pushing me toward it.
