Banana Bread French Toast

04 Mar

This is the most amazing Paleo breakfast I have found so far! I found this recipe at Paleomg.com. No adjustments are necessary for her recipe–it is perfect. The only thing I did differently was use Agave nectar instead of maple syrup.

I made a great salad today–shredded cabbage, avocado, blood orange, cucumber, bacon, and grilled fish. I used olive oil, orange zest, salt and pepper, and a bit of the orange juice for dressing.

Since I am not doing nuts in this initial phase, can you sub coconut flour for almond flour in any recipe???

I’m guessing it depends on the recipe. Coconut flour is much more like regular flour in texture, and almond flour is more mealy. That said, I bet they are pretty easily interchangeable in most recipes. Only one way to find out!!
